What we collect
When you submit a request, we collect your name, email address, and the request you choose. You may also provide a company, phone number, and message. We record the page that led to the form and basic browser information used for security and troubleshooting.
For timed product demos, we record the prospect name, intended audience, screens viewed, link expiration, view time, and basic browser information.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve Pool Intel, understand demo engagement, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable records of business communications. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and retention
Our hosting and database providers process site and form data for us. Resend processes email notifications and delivery events. We keep inquiries for up to 24 months and demo telemetry for up to 12 months unless a longer period is needed for an active customer relationship, security, or legal obligation.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. Use the contact form and include enough detail for us to identify the record.
